We loved our stay at Claire's place. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed. We did have Vodaphone coverage as well which was a bonus. We definitely hope to return.

Really enjoyed being able to get suitable accommodation during a visit to do a whale watching tour. Able to accommodate the whole family by booking both units.

The house was beautifully laid out with plenty of room for multiple guests; both inside and out. The kitchen was well laid out and large, the bathrooms and toilets were spotless and bedrooms very comfortable. The Pool Table and many games would provide many hours of entertainment if you were stuck indoors. The place well exceeded our expectations.

Claire’s place was the perfect size for my friends and I on our visit to Bremer bay for our friend’s wedding. It had all the amenities we need, was in a great location close to the main locations in town and a short drive to some beautiful beaches. Bremer bay is stunning and we all had a great time.

Our stay in Bremer Bay was nothing short of exceptional. This Airbnb was a sanctuary of comfort, blending modern luxury with a warm, inviting ambiance. Every detail was meticulously curated, from the elegant décor to the thoughtfully appointed amenities. The space was immaculately clean, offering plush bedding, a well-equipped kitchen, and serene living areas—perfect for unwinding after exploring the breathtaking coastline. The hosts were outstanding—gracious, responsive, and dedicated to ensuring an unforgettable stay. Waking up to the sounds of nature and soaking in the tranquil surroundings was an absolute delight. Whether enjoying a peaceful morning coffee or marvelling at the stunning landscapes, every moment felt effortlessly indulgent. This Airbnb is a hidden gem, seamlessly combining elegance, comfort, and serenity. We cannot recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning to this perfect retreat!

We were very happy with Lot 785. The location, a little out of the main part of town, was nice to escape to after a day exploring the beach or on the Orca tour. You can walk to the brewery or - at a stretch - to the pub, but it's easy to drive and park. The accommodation is like a cabin made into a comfortable small house, and was very well equipped with everything you need. The main queen size bed was lovely, although as my husband and I are both tall we usually try to get a king size bed... almost impossible in Bremer Bay it seems! We had a cunning plan to push two twin beds together in the other room and cover them with king size sheets, but when we got there, the beds are not the same length or height so that plan was shelved. 😉 Still slept well though! The bathroom and kitchen are modern and pristine. Most (non-fridge) staples provided, as well as shampoo, conditioner, soap, skin lotion etc. Phone reception was good and TV options extensive (all main apps etc.).

The location is good, and check-in was very easy. The space itself was mostly clean though there cobwebs in the kitchen and a dead spider above the sink. The shower was also a bit leaky.
During my stay the stovetop/oven was broken despite being a listed amenity - the host is very slow to respond and no resolution was reached despite multiple attempts

Place was ok however the many changes in levels and steps made it tricky for us as we are in our seventies. Also as air conditioning was not available in the main bedroom it could have been uncomfortable in hot weather.
The lack of support railings made it difficult to get in and out of the upstairs shower as it was over the bath.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back. Beds were comfortable, huge fridge, adequate benchspace, comfortable furniture etc. Only minor downside was that we couldnt charge our EV which meant we had to rely on the local tavern to recharge rather than plugging into a normal power point. Great beaches, definitely worth a visit.

Had a fabulous 2 night stay in Bremer Bay. The accommodation is really comfortable and well equipped. Great bed and shower and a spacious living area. Very handy to have the use of a washing machine. Bremer Bay itself was a surprise. In addition to the awesome Orcas, there were beautiful beaches and a very good brewery, a couple of great cafes and a museum. Highly recommend Janna’s place and the area. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Compact and modern. Comfortable and good amenities provided. Pleased with the setup and easy access to Bremer Bay and surrounds. Would be even grander with addition of a coffee plunger and some more luxurious towels but as you can tell, these are trimmings. The fundamentals of the place are great.

This place was perfect for our family stay 🙂 with 2 young kids being walking distance to the general store, skate park and play grounds was amazing. Not many places have wifi there so have Star Link was great and meant I could work. Clare was really helpful and responsive and the house was really spacious. Easy drive to the beaches too. Our family had a fabulous break over the Christmas holidays in Bremer Bay and The Beach Shack was perfect - we even took our own ops DVD’s down and binged with the kids on windy days when we were tired for 4 WD etc- I’d recommend this pace to anyone - very down to earth and quaint - and the beds were super comfortable - thanks so much for a great holiday !

Overall it was a good stay, nice little get away from perth in a beautiful location. A stones throws away from town and beaches. And everyone in town is very welcoming.

Unfortunately the one this place lacks is a fan, it gets very warm inside despite the frequent cool breezes outside, this can make it difficult to sleep. Not so bad during the day as you spend most of the day out of the house anyway. If you are lucky the breeze might roll in through one of the windows but it only blew in that direction one of the nights and can get noisy.

The other negative to mention is the walls are thin so if you are unfortunate to have families renting upstairs like we did you hear all the footsteps and commotion coming from above.

Overall 4/5 good little getaway home

This cozy guesthouse delivered exactly as promised - clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The bed was great, though some metal elements the bathroom showed signs of rust and some of the mosquito nets could use some maintenance or replacement. A simple, but good accommodation that serves its purpose well.
